Bro you get excited about Marcus Smart and he's one of the worst guard shooters in the league. 
 
Jae Crowder is a pretty bad shooter too, but I don't remember if you've ever actually said anything about him. Not a guard, but a smaller SF.

i love smart for his energy and his defense is already top notch. His shooting shows tons of room for improvement, but I'm not going to deny that he can't shoot lol.

And jae isn't a bad shooter, nor is he a "small SF"

He's solid as a corner 3 shooter, who cannot create at all, and is more of a PF than a SG. Plays very physically and uses his body as a smaller stretch 4

Last year Jae Crowder ranked 149th out of 152 qualified players in 3PT%.

Plus his value is in defense. Leads the league in SPG

And that 6% increase on a small sample has him in about the 22nd percentile. 
 
I'm not debating his defense here, it's obviously good lol. You just dismissed Tyreke Evans solely on his perimeter shot, and the Celtics have players you, or anyone would consider important pieces that are also terrible at shooting, that was the point.
