He certainly doesn't suck, but he's not a top tier Superstar. Those guys play defense. Those guys have leadership skills. Those guys don't alienate teammates.

I want 73. I'm sick of the "Michael and the Bulls are untouchable" bullshit.

Nerlens Noel Reportedly Sued for Alleged Death Threat and Rental House Damages

A lawsuit has reportedly been filed against Philadelphia 76ers center Nerlens Noel as a result of his alleged mistreatment of a rental property outside of the city, according to documents obtained by TMZ Sports

Noel rented the home in September 2014 at a rate of $54,000 per year and reportedly "trashed the place and left weed throughout the home."
According to TMZ, the list of grievances against Noel includes extreme water damage, a broken elevator, torn window screens, a broken dishwasher and clogged toilets "filled with cotton balls and feces."

Furthermore, "the owners say they also found weed and roaches from joints in the home—including pieces of marijuana in the master bathroom drawers," according to TMZ.

The homeowners reportedly sought $42,000 to repair the alleged damages initially, but they've since upped the price to "more than $75,000" after a tombstone inscribed with the letters "RIP" appeared on their doorstep.

According to TMZ, the homeowners "believe it was Noel's doing and are considering it a death threat."

Off-court troubles are nothing new for a young Sixers team that has had to deal with Jahlil Okafor's transgressions all season. Back in November, video emerged of Okafor punching a man outside of a Boston bar, per TMZ, and he was subsequently suspended two games for his actions.

Okafor was also fined $439 after he was cited for driving 108 mph in a 45 mph zone in October, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer's Michael Boren

Noel—who has joined DeMarcus Cousins, Draymond Green and Paul Millsap as the only players to average at least 1.5 steals and 1.3 blocks per game this season—is already considered one of the league's most versatile defenders at his position, and he has been one of the team's few bright spots throughout an otherwise turbulent campaign.

On a squad that's been mired in turmoil and a culture of turnover, Noel will need to answer for his alleged actions and prove he's worthy of being considered a piece of the franchise's long-term puzzle.

Sixers just had bad luck, has nothing to do with the fact that they used their picks on two douche bags
