Remember when you had Houston sweeping Portland last year, and gave the Blazers no shot?
that was a close series

Another playoffs and Harden is shooting sub 40% from the field again. When was the last time he had a good shooting series? 2012?

There is a much bigger 17 game "sample size" where Harden has been a 38.2% shooter from the field.  Now, he comes out and shoots 32.1% from the field against a team that has played god awful defense over the last month of the season?  Harden lost the privilege of having the "small sample size" argument a long time ago, but the start to this series only further cements that fact.  Throw it out the window, it is no longer valid.

not that a superstar should be allowed to shoot that bad. so im just a throwing that out there because he does need to step up.

The 39% for Tyreke was from shots sixteen feet or out, we are talking about overall field goal percentage with Harden.  I'm not sure how the two compare?

He's still been incredibly efficient by getting to the line 15 times a game? Why is this even a discussion.

It's a discussion because the guy suddenly forgets how to shoot the ball in the playoffs.
