So Michael Jordan made his 6th Finals appearance in his 13th season, but one of those years, Jordan came in with only 17 games left. So effectively, 12 seasons played.

If When Lebron makes the Finals this year, Year 12, it will be his 6th Finals appearance

I love how the announcers last night were saying if the Warriors and Cavs sweep they will have 9 days off. The expecatation isnt for teams to get swept in the conference finals, lol.

But he's 2-3
of those 3 losses

1st one: terrible team with him, vs a great Spurs team
2nd one: should have won
3rd one: lost in Gm7 vs a great Spurs team

I get that he's 2-3, but it could have easily been 3-2, and only one of those losses holds a ton of value. He should have beaten dallas

I was just posting it to show how their careers have gone.

I'd like to thank the Houston Rockets and Atlanta Hawks for ruining a vital opportunity the NBA had to broaden its fanbase. There are 4 teams in the Conference Finals this year that either haven't won championships in a very long time or never have. It could be argued that Houston never would have won in the mid 90s if a certain Mr. Jordan hadn't decided to go be terrible at baseball (at least in comparison to how great he was at basketball) for a couple of years. This is the first year that the league has seen true parity win out over the usual big and bag Bostons and LAs and Miamis, or the dominant San Antonios. Nope. This year broke that trend and brought us a guaranteed champion who hadn't won in at least 15-20 years, and now that the most recent champion has bitched out of their matchup, we're looking at, for all intents and purposes, a first-time champion in regard to current basketball fans.

This is absolutely fantastic for basketball. Or it could have been.

Two franchises with really, really good teams have absolutely mailed it in in their Conference Finals matchups. Houston couldn't win game 2 so they folded. Atlanta just isn't playing like Atlanta right now. Yes, Cleveland and Golden State are superior teams, but both Houston and Atlanta are very capable of being in these series, and both have underwhelmed and have taken the bitch's way out of the NBA playoffs. They have effectively ruined an opportunity to greatly expand the NBA's overall fanbase and for that I feel embarrassed to call myself a Houston Rockets fan. I'm absolutely, positively livid that the effort put forth by my team is so minuscule when compared to what they're capable of. This is sad. This is embarrassing. This is something I personally feel should not be tolerated by the NBA. No pair of Conference Finals should result in sweeps or 4-1s.

I would honestly be fine if the league put punishments in place for Conference Finals and Finals series that last 5 games or less. Take second round draft picks from both franchises. They did not provide the product when they were perfectly capable of doing so. Maybe this is me overreacting, but as a businessman, I know that I'd put employees in hot water for lack of effort. The same thing should happen to Houston and Atlanta.

To the Rockets and Hawks:

Kindly fuck off

I saw it somewhere else, but it seems like Tristan Thompson actually does space the floor on offense, because teams absolutely have to have someone attached to him everywhere he goes on the floor, and at times they face guard him like a 3 shooter
