Like i said, this is the warriors first taste of adversity all year long

Two losses in a row. Conley will be better in game 4, who knows if harrison drops 18 again
Memphis is a hard place to play anyways

Cant wait til game 4

What the hell happened to Andris Biedrins?  He started to develop into a solid, efficient double double machine in his very early 20's, then he seemingly had his talent stolen by the monstars.

This doesn't have anything to do with the playoffs, but this is the only NBA discussion thread going at the moment.

I think CC is taking regular season performance entirely to much into account. I'd say one of the things that can be talked about is how GS's dominate defense has not carried over into the playoffs. This isn't the regular season anymore, and I would without a doubt say Memphis has outplayed GS defensively.

I didn't see the game but it's funny to watch the Pierce game winner and look at the Hawks lineup on the floor. Was like Korver + guys 7-10.

I assume they brought them back in the game and the coach stuck with 'em.

It doesn't matter where a team ranks in the regular season. Memphis is playing the best defense of any team right now. Golden State was first and they're playing somewhere between 2-5. Houston ranked 6th, IIRC, and right now they couldn't defend a high school JV team.

The NBA is a right now league.

I'm sorry but I'll take an 82 game sample size rather than a 7 game sample size.

Actually Chicago has been the best defensive team in the playoffs by a good margin. Good effort though

ROFL. Stats accumulated by defending Milwaukee and a Cavs team without Kevin Love does not even compare to defending Portland and GSW in consecutive series.

Honestly dude, think.

The Cavs are not short handed according to Thibodeau. Word, let's take Gasol and Dunleavy out of the series then, I'm sure it won't impact them.
I did not mean it literally

So you're not going to acknowledge how terrible Portland was post-Matthews injury? Like always, only providing the information that fits your narrative.

I WOULD say that Chicago's numbers are probably greatly inflated by Game 6 vs. Milwaukee, but you are the one who decided to use a small sample size, which can easily be influenced by one good game.

Hence why I would use the larger, 82 game sample size, where Golden State was the best defensive team in the league. Even if you add in playoff numbers, they're still better.
