I thought Kristaps was the better choice since they cannot seem to keep talent in Philly. However, Brown who worked with Duncan will help Jahlil improve... Maybe they  reach out to his cousin Emeka to mentor him and Noel.
 
BTW I talked to Noel's math teacher in high school and he said he was a dope because he never cared.
