Astros pitching staff has had success this season plus their offense isn't all that bad. Not sure if they'll slow down.

Mets finish the month of May above .500 which is pretty good. If they go .500 for the rest of the season they end up wiith a record of 84-78 which is right where I think they will finish. 
 
Steven Matz needs to be called up by the end of June though. Our best prospect whose 6-3 with a 1.98 ERA pitching in the Pacific Coast League which is a hitters paradise. So if he's killing it there, then he must be pretty good. He's also a Long Island native so that makes it a bit more enjoyable to watch.

I agree they need to call him up one way or another. Even if it means moving Niese to the pan or something until they trade him. He should have been called up already but the presence of Niese and Gee is preventing that.

They gotta move both of them, even if it ends up being for a bench player. just clear that 40 man roster space.
