I'd take him on the Mets any day.
I hear he's good.
I hear he's good.
FORBES - In Dusty Baker the Nationals are getting a man who understands people and knows how to work with young superstars to take them to the next level. Make no mistake: The single key to turning the Nats into a World Series team is not studying lefty-righty matchups, or contemplating WAR, but teaching Bryce Harper how to be a man.
I'd be pretty surprised if Glass doesn't pony up for this one. He's got a pretty strong incentive to be competitive through 2018 (our piss poor god awful TV deal will finally be up for renegotiation before the 2019 season). I think we keep one of Zobrist/Gordon (I'd prefer Gordon, can't see him in another uniform ), platoon in right field between Orlando/Dyson/Starling if he can make it to the majors, and try to find a starting pitcher.Frontpage Stardom said:Alex Gordon declined his player option last night
I dont see him leaving though, hes the face of the franchise
So this basically means the Indians get 1/4 of the world series trophy, I think
In the afterglow of the Royals’ championship clinch, general manager Dayton Moore, unprompted, said this: “[The Indians] prepared us for this [Mets] pitching staff. They’ve got one of the best in the game. They’re going to be coming soon.”
I can see that happening. Tried to trade for him and it didnt work out. Desmond at SS and Flores at 2B.GMF1991 said:People predicting the Mets sign Ian Desmond.
Please no. He's gotten worse every year.
