Keith Wenning is pretty good you guys.

Love reading that NFL teams have all the QB's all over the place, though. Makes you feel better about liking guys the media doesn't, because the NFL definitely doesn't have these guys ranked like the media does.

I just want to point out that I started the Khalil Mack-to-Houston hype train...

So Mayock came on to SI and read that you said you liked Mack to Houston and then said it on TV?

I kid, I kid. :p

If Jarvis Landry drops due to his 4.77 40 some team is getting an amazing player at a discount. Hope it's the Titans. Don't need a WR, don't really care. He's worth taking.

Landry has fantastic hands, but I worry about his explosiveness off snap

I see him as a 2-3 guy as of now. He's gotta kill his pro day

Roby has a decent shot at matching or beating Archer's 40... probably won't, but he could.

Kyle Fuller's brother will be a top 20 pick when he comes out.

Gotta love watching these guys' ducks flopping around in slow-mo.

Landry clearly isn't a 4.7 guy on the tape. He's routinely outrunning guys. Hell based on tape alone Mayock liked Landry better than ODB.

For comparisons sake:

"ODBJr has caught ZERO touchdowns v.s. ranked opponents in the last 2 years and 2 v.s. conference opponents. That's it."

"Jarvis Landry had 7 TDs v.s. ranked opponents the past two seasons and 8 against conference opponents. ODB's #s pale in comparison."

Landry also gets significantly more targets.  ODB is the jack-of-all-trades, big play guy, and Landry is a possession receiver.

ODB also has a lot of special teams value.

ODB makes more wow plays, but Landry, IMO, made more big time plays that meant something in the game. And again, on the field he plays a lot faster than what he ran.

Landry can be a Joe Horn-type receiver.  ODB I could see being a slightly less dynamic version of Harvin.

It just depends on what type of receiver you need.

According to that same guy, ODB was shut down by: Jonathan Banks, Darius Slay, Desmond Trufant, South Carolina DB's, Florida DB's (this year and last year) and Jason Verrett, unable to get any separation against any of them.

Interesting. I've only watched ODB and Landry when watching Mett, and always came away favoring Landry. Can't wait to actually watch these guys though.

Honestly, I just hate the 40. It's useless and inaccurate. Just watch the guy on the field. You'll get a better idea of if he's fast enough when he's actually on the field, in pads playing in a game, using football technique, rather than sprinter technique and in his underwear. I don't see any relevance, other than for a special teams gunner perhaps. I refuse to let it affect my opinion on prospects one way or the other. Be it a 4.2 or a 4.7.

Seriously, Stephen Houston is massively underrated. Reminds me of a bigger DeMarco Murray.

Agree with what Kurt Warner said though, there definitely is 8-9 QB's with starting potential from this class which is very rare. Very weird class this year overall. The QB's are pretty much as deep as the WR's IMO.
