Did they give the ball back to Denver on that play, or no? I know they stole an obvious forced fumble and recovery from the Seahawks on a Demaryius Thomas play in the first half. Thomas absolutely made a football move after landing. No idea why that one was called an incomplete pass.

No they didn't call anything on that play. Wes said he went to the ref and complained. but either way it still would of been Seattle's ball just 15 yards back.

LOL Griffin sucks ass, losses aren't his fault because he's "still developing" after 3 seasons. Cousins goes for 427 and 3 TD's and it's his fault they lose in his 5th start.

Seems fair.

EDIT
On top of a KR TD and a missed FG he had to overcome.

Marshall Faulk is ridiculous. Clearly didn't watch the game, yet running his mouth saying Cousins didn't make tight window throws, and the guys were wide open. He has to be kidding.

Yeah, that's absurd. Cousins was in a zone today. Droppin dimes all game until those last few series.

Saints went back to 3 safeties and put Corey White back alongside Keenan Lewis and they held Minnesota to 9 pts. Hopefully we see more of that.

Under Rule 12 in Section 2 of the NFL rulebook, "a quarterback at any time after a change of possession" is considered to be in a "defenseless posture."

If that's the case, any QBs that put themselves in harms way on a change of possession should automatically be penalized.

Lions said adios to their kicker and picked up Alex Henery who, was a great college kicker (I guess you could say the same thing about Freese). Henery hit 88.9% of his kicks year one, 87.1% year two and 82.1% last year. Maybe he needed a fresh start, I thought Henery would be a great kicker in the NFL.

Henery was horrible for the Eagles. Missed a bunch of big kicks, never put the ball into the endzone on kickoffs, horrible leg strength.

Parkey is already proving to be an upgrade

Can't be any worse than Freese. His first two years at near 90% is very good. It was last year, with a considerable drop off. I remember him kicking like 60 yard field goals at Nebraska.

I'm not on about shit.  It's just a dumbass rule if QBs are still allowed to make a play with an imaginary force field around them.

Yeah, I don't know what happened on the last one there. He threw the ball before Garcon made his cut on the 4th down, so it's possible he expected him to go the other way, maybe he just missed it, who knows. There was also a DLmans hand up, maybe he was trying to get it around that too, I don't know.

The INT he had Roberts in the flats, I guess he got greedy.

Either way the game should have went to OT, how does the K miss a 31 yarder?

Game definitely gave some optimism for him though. If he can keep that up and keep developing like this, they may be able to get a 1st rounder for either QB, if they decide to trade one. I mean, it would be dumb to keep both if the one you don't want can get a 1st.
