Yep, probably going to be even worse this year unless Bentley and Slay improve.

The official DC has Fairley starting, btw Mob.
Waddle at RT and Whitehead at linebacker.

Tahir is cool, talked to him on Twitter a few times.

I just saw some DC Tim Twentyman posted a link to this morning.  Maybe it changed.  I saw Whitehead and Waddle starting in it, though.

Think that was the unofficial one he put together.

He'll struggle this year but the experience can't hurt.

Do the Lions have a chance to be good? I can't tell. I like GB and Minnesota more than them, as far as 1-53 is concerned. If Chicago's defense is as bad as it looks, they're very vulnerable.

Lions are better than the Vikings

How so? The Vikes are better on offense at every position but quarterback, and on defense, their secondary is definitely better. Their DL and LBs aren't so much worse than Detroit's as to be a problem, either, and their LBs are potentially better. Better special teams, too. Much better coaching staff.

Detroit is better, and aside for the Vikings having a better OL, Detroit is the fairly better team.

And also please tell me you overlooked Calvin Johnson when you said the Vikings were better at every position, because god if you think Patterson is better I might just freak out.

Going player for player like that is utterly useless though.

It's about how a team plays as a whole and within their system. I agree Detroit it better, but not because of the individual players but the sum of the parts.

I only did that because he said every player on Minny was better, when it's about split

Also, the difference at QB is so drastic and 80% of the time that's all it takes

Defensive line as well.  If your OLine can neutralize a teams defensive line as a collective unit, that severely limits the effectiveness of the entire defense.

and if the OLine can't neutralize the defensive line, the QB is going to be in trouble

You went by individual players. I went by collective units. I didn't overlook Megatron. Minnesota has a better receiving corps. And Golden Tate is not better than Greg Jennings lol
