The upside to a late first rounder is the possibility of getting two really solid players, as opposed to one elite player and a mid-level starter.

I've heard arguments that having a pick in the mid rounds may be the best pick.

I would hope we aren't that simple minded.

I also hope people don't just look at who has the five best starters and vote for that team but actually take fit, depth, defense, etc into account.
