Well, Paul George shouldn't have been suspended because that's a ridiculous rule. I hope this is a sign that Silver may eradicate some ridiculous rules.

Yeah, ZBo straight up punched him. I saw a better replay now. The NBA.com one is in slow mo and looks not all that bad.

I still don't like the suspension in the "this ruins the series" sense. The NBA weakens its product too much. Suspend Zack for this one, this year, but I really want Silver to look at some of these ridiculously harsh suspension rules. Can we all agree to that?
You're blaming the NBA? Blame Zach Randolph for being an idiot. He's a veteran in this league who's been here before. He needs to know better. He has nobody to blame but himself.

He took one step onto the floor. Maybe if the coaches hadn't held him back he would've gone out but the "one step and you're suspended" rule is stupid and I'm hoping Silver enforces it differently than Stern did.

Amare getting suspended for that game was awful.
I know it is an awful rule, but if Amare got suspended for it when he did it, you gotta suspend Paul George too. You can't just decide you will enforce it differently in the middle of the playoffs because a star athlete was involved. IDK.

We have a different commissioner now and it's the first encounter we've had with this rule since he's taken over. And Amare was a star back then (maybe even a bigger one than George is now) and that was a much bigger playoff series so I don't get how that applies

I know, I'm not comparing him to Amare. But if it was like a Evan Turner or someone who did that, do you think they still wouldn't suspend him? I feel like because it was George there was no way they'd do it.

The fact that all but 2 series in this first round have a legit shot at going to a game 7 is fucking awesome.

That's true but this shouldn't warrant a suspension. There shouldn't have been a single suspension in these playoffs, yet. Nothing that bad as happened. I think the NBA needs to relax these rules as long as players don't go back to the olden days of killing people.

Now, I don't think this warranted a suspension, either, but has the NBA even looked at the hard foul RoLo committed on Dwight when he slammed his arms over the top of Dwight's shoulders and threw him to the floor? Come on. ZBo, Blair, and Nene deserved suspensions, so did RoLo.

Heat won't even be tested in the east while whoever comes out of the west will be beaten to a pulp.

Sports are torture

The only way to enjoy a game is when you arent rooting for either team
Neutrality is the key

Like next game, i dont think i will watch. Dont think i can take it
