So Cleveland is going to make a 3 team deal with Houston then? Gee can't go to Nawlins and Houston because of the 30 day rule
He can be moved right now. You can't trade a player you claim off waivers for 30 days, have to keep a free agent you signed for 90 days, etc. But you can trade a player you just acquired via another trade. Don't think the team can reacquire that player though.

Cool pic, but still think it would be for the best to the Pistons just put their feelings for the two aside and to split up that duo.  They just don't mesh well.

I really don't think you can judge how well of a duo they would make based off of the small sample size they put together last season. Under two coaches that were awful.

If you surround the two of them with shooters, I don't really see why it couldn't work. Especially with Greg's passing ability.

Neither Drummond or Monroe can operate outside the paint.  And if you want to go deeper then that then Monroe is only average from outside the restricted area and Drummond is well below average.  You could put shooters around them, and it would help, but it wouldn't help substantially.  They just don't fit well enough.  We all know how much shooters get paid to, so whether putting enough shooters around them to off set the way they don't operate well together may not even be really realistic.  I mean even if you were to put shooters around them, teams will still put three defenders in the paint and really focus to make it hard on those two in the paint.

I mean if Monroe had a legitimate mid range jumper that would make it better, if he had range that stretched towards the 3pt line that would make it even better.  But he doesn't, and it's not something that he's shown enough improvement in since he's entered the league that you would think maybe he could improve there to the point that he isn't hurting them offensively.

It's not getting much notice, but the Cavs trading for Haywood could turn out to be significant. His salary jumps from 2 million to 10 million next year, and that 10 million is fully non-guaranteed. Could move him for a nice asset to a team looking to cut salary/avoid tax penalties.

Well the new hot rumor is the Cavs, T'Wolves and Warriors are working on a three way deal.  Love to Cavs, Klay and Tristan Thompson to T'Wolves, multiple 1sts to Warriors.

The Warriors won't trade Klay Thompson for Kevin Love, but we're suppose to believe they'll trade Klay Thompson for Not Kevin Love? I'd dismiss that rumor

That's what I thought too.  Some local Cleveland guy named Mike Cairns started the rumor.  Now he's backing off saying Flip Saunders is holding it up.  It blew up Twitter for like 5 minutes.

Still wouldn't even think about moving Wiggins for Love. Would be such a short sighted move

Okay, not that short sighted since Love is only like 26, but still. Not moving Wiggins. Please sign him and end the rumors

(unrelated to the trade mob brought up)

Marvin Williams got 7M a year?  LMAO

I see why Dell doesn't mind losing the MLE, it's worthless.
