Restricted free agent Isaiah Thomas' preferred teams are the Lakers, Heat and Pistons, according to Vincent Goodwill of the Detroit News.

He grew up a Lakers' fan and they are considered as his favorite. The Kings don't seem like they're going bring Thomas back after coming to terms with Darren Collison today, so other teams have an excellent chance to pounce. For whatever reason, the Sacramento front office was never really all the way behind IT2.

Suns owner Robert Sarver was in Cleveland on Wednesday to meet with LeBron James' agent, Rich Paul.

 
Only the Heat have more cap space than the Suns, so they're hoping to get a James-Melo or James-Bosh duo in the desert. It would be a total shock for the Suns to bring in LeBron, so we can dismiss this meeting for now. LeBron is going to take the weekend to spend some time with his family and is unlikely to make a decision in the next few days.

As we've told you multiple times before, trading them as expirings instead of when they still had multiple years left on their deal is a completely different topic. Nobody was trading for them when they still had multiple years left because of the damage it would have done salary cap wise, now that they only have a season left it's a completely different story and circumstances.
