you may be disregarding the fact that e5, reyes and colby arent even hitting that well yet. they will regress but in a good way. do i expect melky and bau to regress? hell yeah but not badly enough to hurt the lineup. theyre both very good hitters. at this point, imo 2b is the only blackhole in the lineup. again sp is the main concern of this team but even if the jays are a 5th place team like you think they are, they will most likely finish the season with a .500 record (or slightly above) barring any injuries.CameronCrazy06 said:I actually have little hope for the Orioles this year. They've played better than I expected but I think they'll end up 3rd or 4th. Might be good enough for a WC spot but who knows. The injuries to the Rays will help.
The Jays offense isn't bad but calling it great is a huge stretch. Even Bautista is probably due for a regression and he's one of my favorite players in the league. But still, you're talking about over half their lineup regressing to their norm and that can't be a good thing.

Ubaldo had another good start tonight though.
AL East is just so wide open it's crazy. Four teams all with legit chances of winning.
best run diffirential in the al east.
