I'm so confused.  The team was 27-12 and the best team in baseball.  Then on the back half of May and the front half of June, literally the worst team in baseball.  Now?  I guess they're the best team in baseball again.  
 
A bunch of my customers I see every day on my route love to bitch about the Tigers to me because they know I'm a sports guy.  I always say the same thing "162 games, peaks and valleys".  I don't even know if I believe they are just a natural rise and fall of a regular season baseball team.  It's been so volatile.
 
It's like when you have a girlfriend who says she loves you, and then she fucks her yoga instructor, and then you take her back and she loves you again,  Very apprehensive.

Haha I was thinking the same shit earlier, and talking to my cousin about it. Kinda crazy the roller coaster ride this team has given us this far. But you are right, over the course of a 162 game season you are bound to have these ups and downs.
 
Just hoping our pitching continues to do this well, and that we continue to get our bullpen on track.

Joe Maddon is a gem.  Continuously trolls hardcore analytical Rays fans on Twitter by making decisions for hilarious reasons.  Chose his closer the other night because he felt the guy had good karma built up after walking his grandmother across a hotel lobby.  Made his batting order today 867-5309 because it's funny.  He'll probably have kangaroos boxing each other or something similar in the clubhouse tonight to keep his players loose.

People wonder how Drew Smyly could be so good as a lefty specialist out of the bullpen and so bad as the 5th starter.  Don't have to look far for the answer.

Don't think I've ever been irritated to see the manager of the OTHER team get ejected.  Ump crew thinks these fans paid to see them.  Three hit batters, none seemed deliberate, third guy, Kinsler, gets hit with a breaking ball.  Warnings given for some stupid reason and then Maddon tossed just for walking out.
