the games that don't play on tv have always gotten radio play. it's dumb. im am avid preseason guy and this has always irked me.

i like it. 97.1 is annoying as fuck after a few hours. all sports talk gets annoying though imo. local sports anyways.

I usually just listen to podcasts for sports talk. A lot of sports radio is real bad, from the little of 97.1 I've heard the only show I really like is Valentii and Foster.

I like Matt Dery from 12-3 on 105.1. I think it's the best radio show in town, but that isn't saying a lot. He gets good interviews though.

I also like Valenti but I have to take it in doses. For example, today's show was another Matt Stafford assassination and I just turned music back on after about 10 minutes of it.

I can't handle any of 97.1's other programming though. I'd rather die than listen to Karsch and Anderson.

I'm the biggest sports fan there is and I drive a truck in the city all day long, and with 2 FM sports stations, this is my radio schedule:

Start to 12 p.m. - WCSX classic rock

12 - 3 - Dery

3 - who knows - Valenti if he isn't annoying me, back to classic rock if he is.

I used to love Drew and Mike in the morning, but now that Drew is trying to do sports at 3 PM on 105.1, I hate it. Funny how that works.
