Stupid people on Twitter making a big deal about Monroe and Smith starting at 4 and 5 tonight and not Drummond. Every single substitution in the first game was premeditated before the game and followed like a schedule. The entire preseason will be like that, with strict substitution schedules to see certain combinations of players playing with each other. It has nothing to do with anything besides player evaluation.
