I'm an advocate of admiring homers (particularly towering shots), but at least make sure it's gonna be one. If you're posing for a warning track shot, you deserve to get hit next time around.
 
Also, I'm gonna hate seeing Wil Myers in the AL East for the foreseeable future. Fucking Royals...

I'm not sure what the metrics say, but Ubaldo JImenez isn't complete ass anymore!!
 
We have a rotiation full of misfits performing well (Ubaldo, McAllister, Kluber, Kazmir)

Yesh.  And the sick part about Wil Myers is, when you watch Rays' games, all they do is talk about how he doesn't feel like he's swinging the bat comfortably and consistently yet.

Tigers traded a top prospect for Veras. 
The Rays traded a player to be named later for Jesse Crain. 
Crain is having a better season than Veras. We also don't even plan to use Veras as a closer. I can't say I really understand why we didn't go after Crain then..

On the other hand, I didn't even know Jose Veras was still pitching until today.

Quite a few websites I've seen have Danry in the top 10. As high as 4.

I don't ever really see Vasquez ever becoming anything. He's limited to LF and our system is stacked with Corner OF prospects. Not to mention the system's pretty weak as a whole.
 
 
The White Sox probably didn't want to deal Crain to a division rival either.
