I don't want to jinx it, because it looked this way back in 2007 (minus the solid defense), but the Browns might actually be building something here. Brady lit us up late, but the defense has been really good all year, we have two elite play makers on offense and a solid offense line. And by elite play makers, I mean probably top 3 at their position. Gordon is 22 and barely played in college because of off the field issues, and Cameron is 25 and played college football for like a year, and never got on the field. They're scary good and haven't even come close to their peak.

Incoming Cameron torn ACL and Gordon year long drug suspension.

Interesting trend here

5 out of the past 6 Super Bowl winners have lost in Week 15. What team would be most likely to follow suit by losing Wk15 but win the Super Bowl?

2007: Giants 10, Redskins 22
2009: Saints 17, Cowboys 24
2010: Packers 27, Patriots 31
2011: Giants 10, Redskins 23
2012: Ravens 17, Broncos 34

Note: in 2008, the runner up Arizona Cardinals also lost 14-35 to Minnesota

I cannot believe with Rodgers being out that many weeks that the Packers have a realistic chance of winning the division. I will say though that the Lions final 3 games are favorable. Good chance they go 10-6. They just didn't need to make it this dramatic, but they did lose to a good Eagles team. I'm definitely curious to see how it's going to turn out between the Eagles and Cowboys for the NFC East. Back to the Lions.. If they somehow fail to win the division, I think Schwartz gets canned at the end of the year. Lions just kill themselves and I've went on about it before, they just aren't a disciplined team and it shows. Too many turnovers, too many penalties. I really am pulling for them to win the division though. If they take care of business these next three games, all winnable, they will.

They will find a way to fuck things up like they always do.

I heard someone on ESPN just say "The Patriots could use one of these calls to go there way, right?"

The Patriots, been getting screwed since 2001 apparently

ESPN really said that? The ref didn't call a hold on the Patriots in our game earlier this year because "the defender ran through the hold."
