I am really disturbed by McHale's treatment of Asik. The guy wants to play starter minutes because he is a fully fledged starting center in this league. So bench him as soon as he says something about his minutes being lowered extremely? Come on. Unless he can be traded at any moment and it's too risky to play him, this is stupid.

The Timberwolves NEED to beat the teams that they're obviously better than, and that includes Washington tonight and Cleveland in Cleveland a few games back. I don't care about these early season losses like this, but they need to start winning at least 90% of the time when they should. Every good team loses once in awhile to teams they shouldn't, but I need to see that next step for the Wolves.
