So you'd be fine with trading a PG for a downgraded PG, or take a PF so we can trade away our other PFs that we've drafted in the past 2 years & have played fairly well so farelcheato said:None of them fit in Boston? I have no idea how none of those guys could fit on a team, that will look completely different by as early as next year, with wide spread changes at the latest in 2015. If they were to trade Rajon Rondo for that pick, I guarantee you the only players currently on their team that will start the year with them in 2015 would be Sullinger & Olynyk, either of them could be traded. There might be a chance they extend Bayless and Bradley in a bench role, and Gerald Wallace might be stuck on the team because of his contract.
But come on man, this is one of the worst teams in the league, the roster is going to be turned around completely.
By the time the Celtics are contending, Rondo will be in his 30s and wanting a new max contract. Hasn't played a full season since '09-'10.

yea because we need someone to take those bad long twos when josh isn't on the floor.nolafan33 said:Something I found really interesting. Greg Monroe is shooting 5% better and averaging .13 more points per shot this season with Josh Smith ON the court. 57% of his shots come at the rim with Smith on the court, where as that percentage drops by about 5% with Smith off the court. So he's obviously taking more low percentage shots away from the rim with Smith on the bench.
So Brandon Jennings is simply shooting sub 39% then?nolafan33 said:Good reasoning lol
Brandon Jennings is shooting sub 39% with Smith on and off the floor.
