It's so puzzling to me as to why Dion Waiters is so awful at finishing around the rim. Has a great first step and is able to get there often and has athleticism to boot, but just can't finish. I don't know if there is precedent on someone improving their FG% around the basket significantly, but if the guy could just get his percentage up to around 55% (around average) from 48%, turn a few more of his mid range shots into 3s, and you're looking at a fringe all-star.

But I digress

This is what you get for drafting a 6th man 3rd overall

If I asked you define a 6th man you couldn't do it. He is a starter, he just comes off the bench because of narratives and because he came off the bench in college. He was the best player on that Cuse team, wasn't even close either.

Guess we should have taken Harrison Barnes instead

derp

And bringing up Drummond would be dumb as well, I wanted him, but he was clearly a huge risk, as shown by his drop to 8.

Brian Roberts, Pelicans — An injury also affected Roberts’ case. He became the starter at point guard when Jrue Holiday went down with injury in January, and with Holiday lost for the season, it looks like Roberts will make the 41 starts needed to raise his qualifying offer from $1,115,243 to $3,234,470. He’s seven starts shy, and the Pelicans have 15 games left.
wtf
