Thats really the nature of all sports

Coaches can only do so much
Yes some are better than others, but even surprise teams in any sport have some good players

Hornacek is awesome, but it isnt all him
Bledsoe was great, dragic really improved, green improved, morris twins are playing great.

Lakers defensively though, sheesh

My favorite stat was when they faced new orleans this week
Pels lost like 5 in a row, last game of a roadie, 2nd of a a b2b and were averaging like 95 their last few games

Scored 132 easily

Denver today had 42 after one

Middleton is a weird player because he's a guy who elevated himself from probably deserving to not be in the NBA to probably deserving to be on the end of someone's bench.  Last season, he would have these very spontaneous impressive games sprinkled into being a mostly bad NBA player.  If someone watched him on the right night, I can see why they would feel he is going to break out.
Not sure I follow.

I dont understand why so many want dantoni fired
This roster sucks

Give him players, and he will succeed
Did it in phoenix, did it in NY when they were buying in. They were a fun group pre-melo
Don't equate regular season success with playoff success please. The Suns never made a Finals for a reason.

He's prone to having very good games every now and then but mostly plays like a bad bench player.  His performance is very inconsistent.  If someone watched him on the right night, it's reasonable to understand why they might think he's about to break out.

its been proven you need defense to win. If you didn't, the suns would have won a title with amare, nash, and matrix.

need defensive players too though

Maybe another coach brings that group to the finals, but nash and amare werent exactly great defenders

Marion and raja were good, but who did they lose to? Spurs and mavs i think. Dirk, duncan, parker.

I wouldn't hire him in LA/NY etc because he can't win you any championships and that's what those fanbases strive for. He's fine in Phoenix or Milwaukee or somewhere else random.

Oh, you had me confused because you said something to the effect of he went from a deserving NBA player to a deserving end of the bench player.

I see you're a Pistons fan. Have you seen all that much of Middleton with Milwaukee? I personally never form an opinion on a player after only seeing him one or a couple times. He's nothing like you described. Consistent player, consistent scorer, consistent rebounder. His consistency from the field hasn't dipped this season.

Milwaukee will probably do something stupid like throw him into a trade for no reason, but he's a player that excites me.

I've said since day 1 we would miss Middleton more than Knight. That kid can play.

They have the same tattoos though, that's fucked up.
As identical twins, you would think they would at least get different tats to distinguish themselves

Nah, I haven't.  Looks like RipCity likes him though, maybe he's made significant improvements.
