Plumlee is gonna be good one day
we didnt have a bright future, we still have the two best players we had before and kcp. before we had potentially high lottery picks.nolafan33 said:Damn right I bash it every chance I get, because it was a terrible offseason. Giving Smith all the money yall gave him was pointless with Monroe and Drummond on board, and signing Jennings was just a terrible move all around that only made the Smith signing worse because those two will be a terrible match. By the time Drummond would be up for his second contract, this would have been a better team than it will be now. Yall sold a very bright future for first round playoff exits.
I'm sorry I care more about winning and competing than putting butts in the seats and making your owner money. As a fan, that is exactly where I should be coming from. And if I was you, I would take a few extra losses if it meant more wins in the future. Yall will be worse off in the future, and with your two best players being 23 or younger that is what counts.
And btw, I loved the KCP pick. You know how much I liked him.
It means fuck the knicksguru said:
the fuck does that even mean
You had the beginnings of a bright future. At least brighter than what yall have now.we didnt have a bright future, we still have the two best players we had before and kcp. before we had potentially high lottery picks.
and this off-season probably doubled our win total.

why do a jersey retirement in the preseason?
Good post. Well said.bosoxlover12 said:Viewing the Pelicans the way he is viewing Detroit

Tyreke Evans is a scoring point guard who can't pass well, and when he plays SG and SF he's a lot less efficient
Jrue Holiday led the league in turnovers produced last year
Eric Gordon can't even stay healthy enough to make a difference "
You can't blame Detroit for getting talented players in effort to get better and more liked by the fans. Sometimes players excel in different places (like OJ Mayo in Dallas), and maybe that's Jennings in MIL & Smoove in ATL. Didn't have the right system maybe, and now will reach their potentials in Detroit
If y'all keep talking about it, so will I. If you don't want to hear my thoughts, stop talking about your team lolRipCity32 said:Nola is funny lol.
All Pistons fans want is playoffs. None of us think this is a championship caliber team. We are sick of losing. And I'm fairly sure everyone still wants Dumars gone.
Getting really irritating you continuing to bash our offseason though. We get it, you don't like what we did. For the 100th time. But like I've said for the 100th time as well, just let the fucking season play out.
Tyreke is a wing player that hasn't played much PG since his rookie season. His offensive efficiency has been better on the wing than at PG. Not sure where you got that one from. Ive discussed the other two at length. Though I would say before last season when Jrue's usage rate skyrocketed he was good about holding onto the ball, we will see if that comes back down when his usage rate comes back down.bosoxlover12 said:Viewing the Pelicans the way he is viewing Detroit
