Stats don't mean anything, you especially should know this. Troy Aikman, NEVER threw for more than 20 TD's in a season, and in a quarter of the seasons he played, he threw more INT's than TD's. In your eyes, Romo is better than Aikman because Romo's career QB Rating is 96.9, and Aikman's 81.6.

But no, that's not the case.

And yes, I would take Vick over Romo. Vick actually works on football in the off-season, rather than going on vacations all the time with his celebrity girlfriends.
Romo works on football as much as Vick and any other QB in the game. Don't be ridiculous.

And yes, Tony Romo is better than Troy Aikman ever was. I don't care if Troy Aikman won three Super Bowls. He had one of the greatest running backs of all time (A running back, something Romo has never had), arguably one of if not the best offensive lines of all time, a plethora of weapons including Michael Irvin, not to mention a consistently good defense.

Romo has had none of these things outside of good receivers. He's had quite a few good receivers and Jason Witten, but otherwise a shitty offensive line and a horrible running game. When he had TO, he had an aged Terry Glenn and then Patrick Crayton--not exactly #2 receiver material. Miles Austin can't stay healthy. Dez Bryant has had health issues as well. Romo's first good running back broke his fucking leg 3-4 games into a starting role.

Tony Romo is the most hated, and because of that, most underrated quarterback in football. Without that star on his helmet, everybody acknowledges how good he is.

I would take Tony Romo over Troy Aikman any day.

People who say it was "just one year" is ridiculous IMO. You don't get the what, 5th most passing yards in an NFL season off of a fluke. He can throw the ball with the best of them. Keep in mind also, that we didn't have any resemblance of a running game last season. His numbers already were amazing, and also he had those 3 or so games where he played bad because of the injury to the finger on his throwing hand. Without that, his numbers are even better. The defenses knew we were throwing almost every play, yet still couldn't stop Stafford. He deserves to be known as a top 10 QB, and after next season, top 5.
Both of his injured seasons however, were flukes. Any QB in the NFL likely gets hurt off of those hits he took to get the shoulder injuries. And even so, since then he has bulked up his upper body, to try to prevent injuries like that happening again.

With that said, he is a much better quarterback then Romo, in my eyes. I can think of any reasons I'd take Romo over Stafford.
LOL. Just LOL. Back it up. I'd like to see it.

Lol Romo over Aikman....

Also, Cutler had Bennett, Hester, and Knox to Romo's Bryant, Austin, and Witten

Why? Because I'm right? There's no point in replying to somebody who's correct about something.

The Baltimore Ravens' radio play-by-play announcer is Gerry Sandusky. That's "Gerry with a G" Sandusky who is no relation to Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State football coach who has been found guilty on 45 of 48 counts of child molestation charges.

But one letter has caused a lot of confusion and a lot of nasty tweets to Gerry Sandusky, who has been the voice of the Ravens for the past six seasons.

Gerry Sandusky told the Ravens website that 60 percent of the tweets that he receives are intended for the other Sandusky. “I’ve had many invitations to spend eternity in hell,” Gerry Sandusky said.

While Gerry Sandusky acknowledges his ordeal doesn't compare to those of Jerry Sandusky's victims, this has been an unfortunate situation for the longtime popular Baltimore sportscaster. He has tried his best to avoid any confusion, posting on his Twitter bio that he is no relation to Jerry Sandusky. To his credit, Gerry Sandusky has handled the hate-filled tweets with decorum.

Here is just a sampling of what Sandusky had to endure on Twitter:

Tweet: What is wrong with this world that allows you to tweet. i thought you were in jail?!?

Sandusky: The world has plenty of problems, but tweeting from jail isn't one of them. I'm Gerry with a G. No relation to JS.

Tweet: Can someone explain to me how a man who so brutally raped 10 boys is still allowed to tweet from behind bars?

Sandusky: Explanation I'm Gerry with a G. You're thinking of Jerry with a J. Same last name. Two different people. Not related. Good?

Tweet: My mom didn't raise no idiot. Gerry Sandusky belongs behind bars and his followers deserve the same.

Sandusky: You probably should keep your mom out of this. No reason to make her look bad too.

Tweet: You sir are guilty as well by association.

Sandusky: Wow on a day of really bizarre logic, you may zoom to the lead with that strange sense of pairings.

Sandusky has tried to keep the daily confused tweets in perspective. "I'm glad my dad, John Sandusky, didn't live long enough to endure seeing someone else try to ruin our last name," Sandusky tweeted. "So I'll close this chapter the way I began it. Love you Mom for being smart enough to name me Gerry with a G."

Especially since the rapist is in jail, therefore he can't tweet, yet people still don't get it.

Unfortunately, the majority of our country decides to be under-educated and incredibly gullible. There mere fact that people can get these two confused is absurd.

Doing this to Gerry Sandusky should be a fucking crime. If you aren't smart enough to know who's who, you should be fucking fined.

God, I can't wait for the day that stupidity is a friggin' crime.

Aikman's stats are a little...pedestrian, I guess.

I refuse to calculate Super Bowl wins into the equation, unless it's a quarterback like Ben or Eli (in today's NFL) who are so damn clutch you have no other option but to put them in the top 5. I'd love to put Brees ahead of Ben, but Brees has interception troubles and is not nearly as clutch. At the same time, certain quarterbacks might have some clutch performances but are so pedestrian otherwise that I have a hard time ranking them in the top 10 (Joe Flacco).

Also, the hate on Romo for not being clutch is just wrong. He's actually one of the most clutch quarterbacks in the game, but people only see certain games in his career, games that ALL quarterbacks have in their careers. I'm not asking y'all to move him into your top 5s, but stop acting like my placement of him at #7 is ridiculous, because every statistic backs it up.

I don't believe in stats to the extent of say, Daryl Morey, but sometimes they do speak for themselves. Also, I firmly believe that Tony Romo would have a Super Bowl ring if any of his teams were as good as the Super Bowl winning teams of the last few years. Tony's one great player. He needs the supporting cast just as much as Eli did last year, and Rodgers the year before, etc. It's just part of the equation.

NFL.com - Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez is reportedly dating Eva Longoria.

Longoria is famous for her role on "Desperate Housewives" and for her failed marriage with NBA guard Tony Parker.

"In Touch" reported that an incognito Longoria, 37, has gone on several dates with the 25-year-old quarterback.

"It looks like they're testing the waters," an insider said.

I thought he was with Kate Upton?

And stats are misleading guys. That's the entire point, SMH. There's a reason Aikman is in the HOF. There's a reason Romo won't.
