looks for players to sign if people get hurt, trades, work on deals with players, scouting ncaa talent, and probably much more.
That's what scouting departments do.

ABC Detroit reports Lions CB Aaron Berry was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Harrisburg, Pa. on Saturday.
Unbelievable. Counting two each for Nick Fairley and Mikel Leshoure, that's now six arrests for the Lions this offseason. Arrested at 4:45AM, Berry was booked after striking two parked vehicles and fleeing the scene. In addition to DUI, he's been charged with causing accidental damage to an unattended vehicle and failure to stop and give information to law enforcement. The Lions have gone above and beyond to pump up Berry as their answer at right cornerback, but this won't help his chances of holding off third-round pick Dwight Bentley and Jacob Lacey in camp. It's getting harder to deny the Lions have a discipline problem.
Another one down

I'm having NFL football withdrawal, and Madden isn't filling the void. Hopefully NCAA 13 will a little, but I want the pre-season at the very least to start now, but we still have another damn month. Fuccck.

Did you know Schwartz and Rex Ryan are the only coaches who remain with their teams they signed with back in 2009.
2 of 11 I believe it was.

He exploded for one year, so I can see keeping him in the top 15 and not wanting to jump him too high.

On the other hand, Jaws has Flacco ahead of Tony Romo and Matt Schaub, which is fucking ridiculous.

The top 15 QBs in the order they belong (discounting Peyton Manning because he hasn't played in a year).

1. Rodgers
2. Brady
3. Roethlisberger
4. Brees
5. Eli
6. Rivers
7. Romo
8. Schaub
9. Stafford
10. Jay Cutler
11. Michael Vick
12. Joe Flacco
13. Matt Ryan
14. Cam Newton
15. Freeman/Cassell/(maybe)Fitzpatrick

Controversial? Yep. But if I was starting a franchise, this is the order of QB's I'd want, without age being a factor at all. So don't trash my list, it's my opinion, I'm not forcing you to agree.

1. Tom Brady
2. Aaron Rodgers (only 2 because his system is soooo QB friendly)
3. Eli Manning
4. Drew Brees
5. Matthew Stafford
6. Jay Cutler
7. Ben Roethlisberger
8. Philip Rivers
9. Matt Schaub
10. Alex Smith
11. Tony Romo
12. Mike Vick
13. Matt Ryan
14. Josh Freeman
15. Cam Newton

Explain Alex Smith even being on this list. Now.

I'm not a fan of Rodgers, he's not as great as everyone says he is, but he's still top 3.

And for Smith, he's had way too many offenses and coordinators, he was totally set up to fail. And now he finally has a good coach, and if he were in a more QB friendly system he'd be on everyone's list. He's smart, and is clutch, he's a leader, and the fact he's stuck around this long in the situation he's been in speaks volumes about his character, and that's who I want as my QB. You can tell he lives, sleeps, breathes football, which is something some other guys, even on my list, don't have.
