I hate the Saints as much as anybody, but the suspensions had to go. With no evidence, you can't jeopardize a player's career with a one year suspension.

Had Goodell just handed out a bunch of four gamers, this probably would have blown over, but he tried to use ballistic force instead of necessary force and, well, it backfired on him.
