Nobody said Boston had a chance last year. Or the year before.

The state of Florida has the only Eastern Conference teams to eliminate the Celtics in the playoffs

I'd be more scared of Indiana than NYK easily. One off game from Melo, and we win that game

Mark Jackson still COY?

McHale is doing less with more. this rockets squad is pretty awesome. btw, 2nd all-time in 3;s made in a season. Knicks broke the record i think last week
Even though that's not how you meant to word, McHale is in fact doing less with more

The Rockets really screwed themselves last offseason, they should have been more patient.

I feel like it needs to be mentioned that Deron Williams is averaging 23 pts, 3 rbs, and 8 ast per game since the All-Star game.  Also shooting 48%.

you guys also had Rondo.

if Rondo were there I'd be very afraid because we can't match up against him. But we match up much better right now.

fuck rondo

He is still the most overrated player in the NBA. I'm sorry for myself for believing in him in the beginning of the year

Stats:

Rondo played a delegated 726.1 minutes, while the rest played 799.6, which is close enough data to compare the stats (saying Rondo played slightly less than half the time)

With Rondo on the court, the Celtics' eFG% was .468, and their eFGA% was .436 (eFGA is eFG allowed)
Without Rondo, the C's eFG% rose to .482, and their eFGA% dropped to .415

So without Rondo, they shot better and defended better

You think Houston has more overall talent than Golden State? I find that rather hilarious. We do, however, have a much shittier head coach.

His shot finally came back... dating all the way back to his wrist injury when he was playing for the Jazz

It's the Deron we were hoping to see from day 1 of the season. Challenging the Pauls and Rondos for that top PG title in the league.

Why did they play all of their starters against the Bulls?  Did they really care that much about beating them in a meaningless game?

Lol the only reason they played is that they planned on blowing you guys out by like 30... and failed
