Jags asked for and received permission to interview Jets OC Brian Schottenheimer for their vacant head coaching job.
Would be worse than the Shurmur hire last year if he gets the job. ahaha

OMG YES!

Please, please, please go to JAX Schotty.

Love to see kam's reaction if he gets hired.

*waits for kam to say they're only going to hire guys with HC experience*

I posted a while back that they should give Chud some consideration.

I think they have contacted him... would be a considerably better hire.

We've set up a bunch of interviews with Coaches today.

Rod Chudzinski is probably the leading candidate to get the job.
Mel Tucker will still get an interview for the Job.
Mike Mularky will have his interview after the Falcons playoff game this week.
I wouldn't even exactly have a problem with Schotty though. Sanchez is horrible and you can fix self confidence which is what Sanchez is very much so lacking. They wanted to be a run first team, with no game carrying RB. Very doubtful that its anything more than just an interview however.

Also Joe DeCamillis will interview for the job, along with Jim Tressel, Mike Sherman and rumors are flying right now about Tom Clements.

My top 3 would be

Chud
Clements
Mel Tucker.

Brian Schottenheimer won't be the head coach of the Jaguars, sorry breh.

He's probably gone either way so it won't really matter but it would be nice to not have to pay him after he gets fired

lol not like its any of your actual money anyways.. So it really doesn't matter.
I know, but it could come effect how much we're willing to spend on a new O-Coordinator if we're still paying him.

Jags just got permission to interview Mike McCoy (Broncos OC) as HC, along with Bill o'brian (Pats OC) for HC. Jags putting in work, Chud still probably the favorite. I want Chud or O'Brian.

Bring it... As long as we don't place roughly 25 guys on IR again.

Jags have had 12 DBs alone on IR this year.

Teams are only allowed 19 per year on IR. it got to the point where the jags had to release players off of IR with an injury settlement to put more on. Over 71 different players have played snaps for the jaguars this year.

Thats it, Im getting me a Victor Cruz jersey. I havent had a jersey in a long time since Plax decided to shoot himself in the leg. I think its safe to say Cruz wont shoot himself as well. Great part about it is that my last name is Cruz, so when Victor Cruz leaves the team, I can still wear the jersey, lol.
