Not only does he find his franchise wide receiver and quarterback in the same draft; he trades away a quarterback who wasn't going to play another down for him and gains a first-and-second-round draft pick in return -- effectively, setting up the Bengals for the future. It's not often Brown is applauded, but he should be now.

Interesting fact:

Patriots CB Devin McCourty, who made the Pro Bowl last season, is the first defensive back in NFL history to allow over 1000 yards receiving.

He has regressed alot, due to the fact that we had nobodys starting at safety (Sergio Brown, Sterling Moore, Josh Barrett, etc), and he played well when he knew there was a safety over the top.

But still, damn.

Saying Calvin Johnson is better than Andre and Fitz is like saying Eli is better than Roethlisberger..... its just flat out not true.

I have changed my stance and I do think Calvin is the best WR in the NFL.

Andre can't stay on the field... Don't want him on my team. Larry Fitzgerald is clearly elite, and is probably the better route runner of the two (between he and Calvin) but in today's NFL, Calvin is such a unique red zone threat, and that is a big time game changer for me. He is uncoverable in the end zone.

He isn't the first in history, he's just the first to do it since Pro Football Focus has recorded cornerback metrics. Which is like 4 years.

Still pretty bad, but I doubt it was worst of all time bad.

Well obviously he hasnt made the playoffs recently. But this is his 1st time making it so now is his shot to prove he is the best WR in the league. When it matters the most. I could really give a shit about what a player does in the regular season, its the playoffs where legacies and memories are created.
