Why are you two playing the if game? They both missed the majority of the season last season and both teams sucked
The Cowboys defense is better than ours, period.Dallas has a better rush defense but Detroit has had a better pass defense. If the Cowboys had a pass defense at all they'd easily be in the playoffs right now. And I disagree with you about which team would be better, but like I said, this is all my opionion/speculation. You have the right to disagree and I knew you would.
I'm not so sure. The Cowboys, despite, what I'd argue was Romo's best season as a pro, had too many flaws to make the playoffs (mainly stemming from Rob Ryan's defense). The Cowboys defense is better than ours, period.
If you wanna put it like this, I believe Stafford on the Cowboys could have led them to a playoff berth.
I think Romo does the same for the Lions, but he wasn't able to do it for the Cowboys..
Exactly what I'm saying...My stance:
I'm most impressed by Matt Stafford's season, among he, Romo, and Manning.
The most valuable for adding wins to his team (or would translate to the most wins playing for one of the other 2 teams) is Eli, followed by Romo.
Heard the same thing when I said Calvin was the best WR.Statistically, yes. But he also doesn't have nearly the sample size in his career that the other two do, so you can't put him on their level yet.
Now answer your PMs?
It's a toss-up between the top 3. Andre Johnson was hurt all year, but healthy, I'd still take him.Heard the same thing when I said Calvin was the best WR.
Now I believe it is pretty foolish to say he isn't the best.
So your saying that 1 good year, after countless injuries, Stafford is one of the best QB's in the league. He hasnt won anything or shown any consistency in his young career to be ahead of both of them. And the end of the day I just feel like Stafford is a better QB than both Romo and Eli. Period.
