I think the point he's trying to make is that it's interesting to see who the RBs are that actually consistently get close to their YPC on every run instead of the RBs who will run the ball 3 times, the first two times for 2 yards and then break off a big run, thus their making their YPC a very inaccurate representation of how many yards they actually get on each run.
