I saw maybe 2 or 3 throws that he missed, but even Tom Brady misses those throws. If you are refering to the deep one to Kyle Williams, Williams should have made the catch. Great throw, put it where only he could get it while getting hit. Not a perfect throw, but if he had any real kind of deep threat, the catch is made. I didn't see any bad misses, and I definitely saw some great touch throws.

And to the "he needs to score in the endzone" statement, it's a little hard when the team runs on 1st and 2nd down, leaving you with 3 and long every time in the redzone.

The one where he missed a wide open Crabtree in the endzone was a pretty bad miss.

When they lined up Joe Staley at TE. Crabtree had Ike Taylor beat by like 3 steps for an easy TD.

Okay, yeah I remember that one now. Tough throw, but yes, should have been made. I'll give you guys that one.

Maybe I'm just liking what I saw, because the last QB performance I saw was from Hasselbeck lol.

Like I said... He's good but not great.. He's not an elite QB like Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady etc. He just manages everything well he's asked of doing. He's not a flashy QB but he's doing enough and getting the job done.

He's not elite, but he's in the next tier. He doesn't get enough credit for what he does with what he has IMO. I honestly feel that if he had the opportunity to throw that ball 10 more times a game, they'd get a lot of production out of him. 3500 yards, 25 TD's. That's just my opinion though. Everyone is so divided on QB's, and it really is hard to know how much an impact a guy has on the offense.

He has some good players around him. His offensive line did really well tonight and he has a great TE. I also like Crabtree quite a bit. He also has a great running game with Frank Gore. He pretty much has everything around him to be successful. He's not asked to carry the team, they are just built all around. They don't ask him to do too much and that's what he needed. It's just a well coached football team.

I'd say he has a good TE, and sure Crabtree is good, but he's still not a #1 WR. The O-Line was good tonight, but they allowed him to be sacked 18 times in the previous 3 games, and Gore is also a good RB, not great.

This is the first year where he's looked pretty good, one year doesn't define a player. I do know the coaching has really put him in a good position to succeed and play well. He does have some skilled players around him, maybe not like what some other teams have, but he has enough. He's just managing the game really well and not turning the ball over. He's had a good running game with a really good defense. I'm not hating on him, I like Smith but I'd take guys like Brees, Brady, Mannings, Roethlisberger, Stafford, Ryan, Rodgers, Romo, Schaub, Rivers, Cutler etc over him. There's even a few others I didn't mention, but he's doing well this year, not saying he isn't.

I'd probably take those guys too, except for Romo.
Also, this is his first year doing well, yes, which is why I also feel next year he'll hit his prime and make the leap to be great for a good 3-5 years.

I feel like ATL can go into NO on Monday and get the win
When I watch the Saints play, I don't really see a #1/#2 team out there. I feel like we really have a good chance to beat them if we dont make crucial mistakes like the last game between us

The Falcons are one of those teams that can beat anyone on any given week...whether they will or won't is a different story.

MJD is expected to be only player in NFL to rush for 1,300 yards in last three seasons

Best RB in the NFL ladies and Gentlemen.

lol idk
I just don't think the Saints are THAT great. Dont get me wrong, they are one hell of a team and Drew Brees pretty much shits on the Falcons secondary every time we meet, but I'm feeling pretty optimistic
