Since when do the Indians have offense? We have Asdrubal who teams don't even pitch to anymore, Hafner and then Brantley is a good lead off hitter, but thats it. Everyone else either is slumping or sucks.

The Pirates are just 3 games back of the Brewers for 1st place. Thats very impressive for them. It may be a sign of things to come.

Old Timers Day was cool to watch

Tino Martinez hit a homerun in the game and it was nice seeing Bernie at the Stadium again

Old Timers day was great to watch. If only the Yankees could get a run across in the real game..

Damn, what an inning. Tigers went into the 8th down 2-1, put up a 7 spot. Now it's 8-2.

Another series win over a hapless, hopeless and helpless NL team.

First place never felt sweeter!

I feel bad for anyone who will face Mo in future Old Timers games He's truly the best in the business.

I hope Peralta and Avila make the ASG. They both have deserved it for sure.

Mets win series against the Rangers. Back at .500 once again, would be crazy if we were above .500 for once.

Oh yea and Dillon Gee for rookie of the year.

he sucks, but if you want him to pitch against a team, it's the Giants
they dont walk. they dont do anything
amazing that they have that record. not only that, but that they're THAT far ahead of the Padres

Giants have a worse offense, and slightly better pitching. i mean slightly. they are ranked back to back in like every team pitching stat

yet the giants are 10 games up on the pads

how do we explain that? luck?

Fausto Carmona, Shelley Duncan and Adam Everett strike out a combined 7 times to make Madison Bumgarner look like an ace..
