Dotel is official with Detroit.

I swear, if this is all we do this off-season, especially with the Angels moves, I'm going to be SO mad.

Agreed. This is nowhere near enough to win it all next year, there's still too many holes, especially at 2B, 3B and another starting pitcher. I don't think it will be the last move they make though.

If we go into the season with Inge starting at 3rd I'll kill myself.

"If there's one area, after we signed [Gerald] Laird, after we signed [Ramon] Santiago back, if there's one area that probably received a little more focus from us than others, it's been trying to tweak that bullpen," Dombrowski told reporters Wednesday afternoon during his regularly scheduled media session.

I forgot, they signed Gerald Laird & resigned Santiago, yup we are definitely done making deals, we've broke the bank. Lol

Clearly Laird is the big signing, he is so good.

I just don't understand why Dumbrowski isn't more aggressive.

From what I've read though, we aren't going to make any more moves.

Welcome back Dumbrowski.

Welcome back Dumbrowski.
He got his extension, he feels safe for at least a few more years. However, if that's all they do, we might not even win the division. There's too many holes and if we somehow won the division, there's no way we'd compete come playoff time. Raburn? Inge? No #5 pitcher? With the inconsistency of Jackson, Inge & Raburn, there's no way.

You don't even know how Max Scherzer & Rick Porcello are going to pitch half the time. Guess we'll be seeing Jacob Turner this year.

They LOVE Ryan Raburn... I'm not a Raburn hater though, he just had a rough year, however I can't trust him, it's hard to believe he'll have a better year, you just don't know.

Oh really? I could never tell.

Someone who is quickly wearing out their welcome is Austin Jackson, especially if he keeps up with the strikeouts, it's so irritating. I know he's great at CF, but if he's lead-off he can't strikeout every at bat.

He wouldn't be a bad hitter in the back end of the lineup, but we have no other fast players on the roster.

I'd just like them to explain to me how they think they are going to contend for a championship with Inge at 3B, Raburn at 2B & who as the #5 starting pitcher??? Jacob Turner? So, you'll have Jackson, Inge, Raburn all in the same lineup. lol. It's quite evident come playoff time we didn't have enough offense, especially against the better pitchers. The starting pitching folded at the end. As far as I'm concerned, Doug Fister pitched the best of any of them, yes that even includes Justin Verlander.

Cause they are a bunch of vaginas. I don't get how they can be content with the very minuscule additions we have.

Dotel and Laird last season do not win us a championship.
