Cliff Lee is worth at least 20 million imo. Lefty aces are pretty hard to find, and he has put up big numbers the past few seasons.

Six Teams Interested in Scutaro

Red Sox shortstop Marco Scutaro has attracted interest from at least a half-dozen teams, according to CSNNE.com.

Scutaro is scheduled to make an affordable $5 million in 2011 and a number of teams are looking for shortstop help, including the Cardinals, Reds, Padres and Giants.

i think he's worth 20, just not for 6 years
3 years, at 20M is perfect for him, but he wants years and the yanks are desperate enough to give out another super long term contract
