JJ is not one of the best 3 point shooters, until he becomes one he will never score 33. And if he does become a great 3 point shooter he won't get 33.

Being a good shooter in college doesn't mean much if he doesn't carry it over to the NBA... Which he hasn't at all, injuries or not.

Wow, seriously Rip? Don't be an idiot...

Shooting is an ability, not something you need to prove in games. JJ is one of the best three-point shooters in the NBA, whether he's proven himself or not. Anybody can drop 33 in a game. Look at Azubuike, he sucks...

I'd take Azubuike over JJ anyday. So your saying Redick sucks too then?

Has JJ even scored 33 points in his entire career >_>

Things just don't change. Good times... good times...

Although, I'm not sure why someone should get respect by title alone... and I'll leave it at that.

==============================

Onto my Lakers points:

Derek Fisher - He was on... FIRE!! He made Steve Nash work on both sides of the floor. Oh... I forgot what it's like to have a good PG on the court.

Luke Walton - As always, all the right passes, but he wasn't making the best of his opportunities, missing most of his wide-open shots.

Ronny Turiaf - 150% hustle on both sides of the court, being at the right places at the right time, who's to complain? No longer is he the Turiaf I saw last season, all nervous with butterflies. Looks like he actually has some confidence this year.

Kwame Brown - Besides that one play where Skinner practically owned him. He actually looked decent for an entire game. Kinda glad Skinner did what he did because Kwame started jamming things in, instead of cutsie little lay-ups.

Andrew Bynum - He's actually using his big body, his footwork finally looks good, he's using his long extension to grab rebounds, and his hook-shot is becoming more and more solid. The Bynum I wish I saw last year.

Bench - VLADAMIR RADMANOVIC!!! I knew that he was going to contribute big once he becomes healthy. Perennial threat beyond the arch, can put the ball down, drive it in for the dunk/dish, such a good piece to the offense. Everyone else looked good too, especially liking what I saw from the man Crittenton, has SICK ball-handling skills, and while he was on the floor in the first half, he had some Kobe-esque moves. The future Kobe without the attitude. Of course the Kobe-esque moves are to be expected since Kobe has taken him under his wing during practices.

Overall good stuff, something that's going to have to continue against that blasted team from Utah...

Whisper's absolutely right. You don't get respect just from a title, you have to earn it...

LOL not quite.

Harrington got 38 pts and 8 boards though. Azubuike is still pwning and making CC look like an even dumber piece of <Censored> LOL.

Warriors suck though so I have no room to talk right now. But I am going to use Jackson's suspension as an excuse. And right now, I'm starting to think that we won't make the playoffs with the way they are playing.

SD vs Minnie
Right after that, Indy vs NE
Right after that, The Lakerites vs the tribe from the brokeback mountains of Utah.

It's going to be a heck of a Sunday.

Yeah, I'm really looking forawrd to today's game. Not only do we get to play at home but we get to play a very young and quick team. I'm looking forawrd to see how we match up and hopefully get the W. I think Rasheed and Chauncey will have very nice numbers today, I don't see anyone who is capaible of stopping either of the two. Also look for McDyess to have good number/best this year.

You guys think the Kings will even win 15 games this year? All they have is KMart. Salmons is playing alright though.

Hm, as bad as they seem to be I think just over 25 is a reasonable number lol. On paper your starting 5 seems pretty strong too. But there is nothing happening right for you guys.
