Both need a lot of work...sorry, not liking either. The biggest problem is the text imo.

Don't like the text...the whole X thing has been done to death. Other than that, this is a solid sig. Nice stuff!

I actually don't mind it. With ebtter text and lighting this would be cool.

I don't like this simply because it looks as though you've just stacked texture on top of texture without really working them in. Erase the parts of the texture that look bad and take the time to perfect the look. Also, colouring here isn't the greatest.
