The Jokinen signing made no sense, to me, though and they've made some suspect moves when it comes trades and all that.

If by some grace of god you manage to unload Komisarek's contract with Kessel, as well as getting a reasonable piece back, you'd benefit from the long run.
Neither deals are bad personnel-wise (who's going/coming back) but, given what they made way for (Bryzgalov), I don't think they're good deals.
