I had a dream last night that I bet a ton of money on Broncos (-9.5) @ Jets and I was celebrating because the Broncos were up 35-7 in the 2nd quarter. So trust my dream and bet a ton of money on the Broncos.
We can all agree the NCAA rule is dumb, right? Dez Bryant once got in trouble because Deion Sanders bought him lunch. NCAA rules are dumb.
I'm sure we can also all agree that the rules are the rules and to be the Heisman favorite and a legitimate 1st round NFL RB prospect, to break this rule...
Are you guys all "watching film" and breaking all of the shit down and all of that? I just sit in the chair and watch the football games and Kyle Fuller balls out of control. He plays the most important defensive position in this NFL, in my opinion, and he's ALWAYS around the ball. The guy...
It's disturbing how many people on my route, in suburban Detroit, have been telling me they are rooting for the Royals and have adopted a serious rooting interest for the Royals in the post season.
They steal bases and run around and stuff and do neat things and they are so lovable!
Fuck the...
Wings down 1-0 while leading SOG 10-5. This is just like old school Red Wings hockey when they would win SOG 45-25 and still lose!
SOG means nothing when Patrice Bergeron has 1 SOG and is ready to murder you.
Yeah, I mean, if Prater can be as good as he was in Denver, and who's to say he can't be, K can be solved for several seasons.
If they brought Hanson in, they'd be drafting a K again.
Yeah he called them and they said "thanks but no thanks". I'm sure it's because they felt if he came in on that kicker try out, that when they chose Prater over him they would take much more fan heat than they are now by telling him to not bother coming.
Well Cleary is scratched because he sucks and from a Ken Holland interview I heard today, Weiss is scratched because they don't feel he's ready and he still needs recovery time from his past couple injury plagued seasons.
Stupid people on Twitter making a big deal about Monroe and Smith starting at 4 and 5 tonight and not Drummond. Every single substitution in the first game was premeditated before the game and followed like a schedule. The entire preseason will be like that, with strict substitution schedules...
That's one thing I really want to do this season. Haven't been to a Wings game in a few years. Hockey, in my opinion, is the sport where you get the bigger payoff watching it live rather than on TV, if you have good seats.
Tonight is the most exciting night of the Red Wings season until the playoffs start. It's the night where I vow, like I do every season, to watch a lot more hockey, really get into the NHL, and even try to learn some of the players on other teams. Let the dream begin and shortly die!
