You have to be good to be lucky, and almosts dont count. Still, 27 to 7 is still damn good.
Like I said I don't expect him to match last seasons numbers, anyways. Like all young QB's he will have ups and downs. He won't be perfect. But that doesn't mean he isn't a good QB.
Nicks is a sack of shit. I heard they are very disappointed in him. And no 35 y/o WR coming off an ACL is going to be the #1, I'm sorry.
With Hilton growing as a player, mixing his ability to seperate and Luck's anticipation and timing, they will be a great duo for this year and years to come.
I'm not saying he goes 40/8 this year at all either. I'm just saying, why doubt the guy when he has given you no reason to? He had the best TD/INT ratio ever for a season. Regardless of system that's impressive, and shouldn't be taken away from him. Desision making and accuracy are the two...
Product of a great system? The point is to fill the role of your system as perfet as possible, and Foles has done that. Richard Sherman does the same thing. If he was in a different system, he isn't the same player. But he does his job within his system perfectly and is the best in the game...
The thing with Foles is he takes care of the football. Sure their system is QB friendly, but the system doesn't make QB's immune from turnovers. That is where Foles shows how good he is. 0 redzone INT's. That's huge. The big stats are nice, but this little one is what important.
If he can...
Hilton is a #1. The seperation he gets is insane. He's a #1 in the same sense than Antonio Brown is a #1. If you can get the kind of seperation they get, their size doesn't matter. Don't forget he's still young, he will get better. You don't need to be 6'3 220 to be a #1 WR.
Just like the NFL...
NFL.com
Honestly not surprised about that. The part of the article that pisses me off though is this:
That's going to happen when 49 of those 155 attempts come in a fucking monsoon in NY. No one is going to play well in that shit. That game really shouldn't be used as an evaluation for...
I happen to get the local channels for the Seahawks/Chargers and Raiders/Lions games, and NFL Network has the Pats/Eagles game. The only other game on the night, the Titans/Saints isn't aired :(
He did fumble though (as did Locker and Whitehurst too lol). I didn't see it though so I won't comment.
But apparently on back to back plays he had a 26 yard completion and then a 38 yarder, both perfect throws. Can't wait to see them.
Manziel and Hoyer both basically performing as expected.
Hoyer has a lot better of an arm than he's given credit for though man.
Browns WR's also disappointing, not surprisingly. Aside from Johnson.
