Verlander was "on" and the Yankee bullpen showed its muscle. The guys on MLB Tonight said that sending LeMahieu was the right move, but I'm not sure. With the Yankee lineup, I don't think you need to take chances like that. It took a good play to get him, but Corea is that good.
His playing style did not translate into a good management style -- at least not with the Phillies. Not really sure where he goes from here or which direction the Phillies go in their manager search. Do they go with a young metrics guy or an old school guy?
