Strongly disagree..They're playing the best ball in the country right now along with Florida, & Michigan.

They're learning how to win ugly and teams are trying to use the stretch 4 method against us but KY & Perry can guard a 4.

Once Perry starts as our 4 we will become more dangerous because Jeff will stop being doubled.
winning ugly means playing like crap. still think KU is top three or five or whatever?

They're a top 7 team in the country. Losing to a good OK State team doesn't disprove that...

no, nobody in the Big XII is good besides KU (who's not brilliant either, don't get me wrong, but the rest of the Big XII is a steaming pile of dog crap). It's KU, then a bunch of average teams like KSU/Baylor/Oklahoma/Oklahoma State then some garbage teams like WVU and the rest of Texas.

I don't care about how good they are relative to the country (this is the worst year in college basketball that I can remember, no one overwhelms me except for Florida), I was comparing them to past Self teams.

Either way, KU is an elite defense team. There's no denying that. They have what might be the best perimeter defender (Releford) and by far the best interior defender (Withey). The entire team plays outstanding team defense and Withey completely takes the paint out of the game.

The offense is garbage. Whenever McLemore isn't carrying the offense, there's little to be had. Releford is a non-scorer whose points come off of open threes and transition buckets. Johnson is a 2 that Self is trying to badly pass off as a 1, and it's been burning them for the entirety of conference play, though the rest of the Big XII has been too inept to take advantage of it. He might have single handedly lost the game for them on Saturday.

Regarding Oklahoma State specifically, they are not a good team. Watch a game every once in a while instead of just picking up box scores. They're a hugely talented contraption of mismatched parts with an awful head coach.

Lol I've watched plenty of Oklahoma State this year. They've lost three close games on the road in conference. Lost to a VERY good Gonzaga team by 1. Bad loss @ VT. KILLED NC State in Puerto Rico.

Marcus Smart is a stud. When Brown gets hot like he did vs. Kansas they're gonna be very dangerous. Nash has loads of talent but can't seem to put it all together. Phil Forte is Keiton Paige reincarnated and can stroke it from deep. As I told TYO on Saturday, I feel sorry for the #1 seed that has to play them in the second round.

I feel like people say this every year though. The only champions I can remember in recent years not to get upset several times in the regular season are '12 UK and '07 Florida.

This OSU/Michigan game is pretty good.

When Michigan's hitting their threes they may be the best team in the country but they're gonna lose pretty early in the tourney if they have a bad shooting night.
