could Oklahoma afford 2 more max deals?

because I'm sorry, but James and Serge are getting max offers if they reach free agency

As undeserving as they both are, you're probably right.

it's a no brainer if guys like Hibbert, Marc(though I love Marc), Brook got maxes that Serge will

and Eric Gordon got a max offer so why wouldn't James

Eric Gordon > James Harden. But yeah they both will get one. Like I said, neither are deserving. But GMs overpay all the time, and since they'll both be restrictedd, they'll both DEFINITELY get maxes just in hopes that the team doesn't match.

thats why one will more than likely get traded unless they both do team friendly deals..which won't happen

I think they might do what the Nets do and say screw the luxury tax and keep both.

See this is a reason the new CBA is too strict. Thunder's players are all drafted by them and shit. They shouldn't be punished for not being able to afford them all.

The Iggy acquisition for Denver is fantastic. They had pretty poor perimeter defense last season, so they add one of the best (if not the best) perimeter defenders in the league. Improved perimeter defense also means interior defense. Then offensively he'll bring more scoring than Afflalo, but he'll also bring versatility with his ability to pass and such.

Only question is where he fits with Gallinari and Chandler already on the roster. Iggy didn't fare as well at SG as he did at SF for Philly.

It'd be different if he had never played it before, but I think the fact that it didn't work out well before has to mean something. Hopefully he'll be better at it since he improved his jumper a lot since then.

Agreed, I also think you need to see who he was playing for and with.

I happen to think Iggy and Gallo playing next to each other is a hell of a combo.
