ESPN's NFC East preview just went off. My sig says it all.
tbh I actually agree with that

Giants have the hardest schedule in the league, and aren't the best regular season team out there. Great in the playoffs, but not so much in the regular season

Over the arrests? I mean, regardless of what people think, as far as I'm concerned the arrests are more about those certain individuals than the team.

If not, about what? They're a young, up-and-coming team with plenty of promise and one hell of a head coach. There really ain't much to be harsh about.

Lions will have their hands full with the Packers & Bears. I think the Bears are gonna be a really good team this year, as will the Packers. Gonna be quite the battle.

Was more about where we finish. They seem to think we wont make the playoffs apparently.

IDK, a year older. Young guys like Leshoure will be healthy. I don't see us having that hard of a time making the playoffs. Especially because no defense is going to be able to stop our offense lol.

I don't get why Avril and Detroit still hasn't worked out a deal yet.

That's going to be a tough division this year. I would not be surprised to see someone other than the Packers win it. I would be very surprised however it if was the Vikings.

Yeah, the Vikes don't really have a shot this year. The WRs and the secondary are still weak, the offensive line blows, and Ponder sucks.

The positives are a RB coming off a bad injury and Jared Allen, they've fallen so hard in a short time.

Rip cliff said in a radio interview yesterday that they have made a lot of progress on a new deal and he is confident something will be done soon. But we will see.

Ponder absolutely doesn't suck at all. He showed a lot last year. Everyone pre-draft thought he had a weak arm, but I didn't, I saw the strength, and he really showcased it last year. He had excellent velocity on his throws even mid to deep ones, and he showed the ability to escape pressure while still looking downfield. And most importantly he showed he can throw in a muddled pocket.

Yes, he made rookie mistakes. But he showed all the qualities he needs to be successful. If he can improve like I think he can, he's a smart guy, he's going to be a good QB.

I could see a day when he's equal with Cutler. Maybe not statistically, but he's got the "it" factor man.

They got him a few this past draft with Greg Childs and Jarius Wright. At least one of them should pan out. They do need more though.

Cutler is a hell of a lot better than "decent."
I didn't say he was decent if that was directed at me. I said I think ponder could be decent. I don't think he could be at cutlers level though.
