That won't happen. One game erases 8 seasons of 4th quarter futility?
Anyway, Emeka Okafor and the Wolves 1st round pick for Antawn Jamison might happen.

The Hornets already have a big expiring.jamison is a $20m expiring..
It's a retarded rumor lolbecause the amnesty doesn't actually clear the cap space and that deal does. its not a retarded rumor..
You saying it isn't retarded is retarded...your belief in your home team blinding you. im jot saying they'll make the deal but calling it retarded is..retarded.
It might work, but then again, if TC or Amare came off the bench it would be a huge blow to their ego and they wouldn't play as well as they should be. I remember watching the P&R with Felton and Amare. It worked so well.agreed. I never thought I'd be so eager to get Jared Jeffries back.
One thing I did notice last night, is offensively, our offense is so much more effective with Amar'e or Chandler, but not both. Especially since Chandler hasn't hit a shot outside the paint this year, he can't clear a defender out of the way for a Stat P&R because no defender is going to follow him.
I saw a lot of bloggers on Twitter last night suggesting he play off the bench so that you don't have him, TC & Melo on at the same time and it would help space the floor and fit into D'Antoni's system -- but he'd still be getting a good amount of minutes. I don't necessarily agree with the idea but I can see why they think it might work.

Payroll is a constant concern for the New Orleans Hornets, who are owned by the league while a buyer is sought. The Cavs called the Hornets earlier this season offering to swallow Emeka Okafor's massive contract that pays him $28 million the next two seasons, but only if the Hornets would include one of their two first-round picks. They declined.
