#Tigers announce Victor Martinez has suffered torn ACL. Surgery
would likely sideline him for the season.
Damn....guess tigers are gonna hit the market finally lmao

Season will be over before it started if Dumbrowski doesn't get something done.

It's a big blow, but there are some 1 year solutions out there we could get. I wouldn't mind Vlad or a return of Pena, even Damon. I mean, we know Tigers aren't against bringing back guys they already had(ex Kyle Farnsworth). A lot of things to think about now.

I hope they do get Vlad.

Either way, it's going to hurt. It's hard to replace guys like Victor, he's so clutch.

Maybe you guys look at Pena now? You could get him on just a 1 year deal, would probably cost around $10M though.

For fun of it: Texas Rangers and pitcher Yu Darvish agreed to a 6-year deal worth $60 million just prior to the 5 PM ET Wednesday deadline.

The Tigers will wait till nobody decent is available, next thing we know Raburn will be taking over for Martinez.

I'm anticipating losing out on Carlos Pena to the Tigers, even though I'm 100% sure the Indians owner isn't even willing to fork over any money for Pena. But I digress

They gotta do something, I'd be fine with Pena.
