Per an NFL source, an MRI has confirmed #Vikings RB Adrian Peterson has a torn ACL
and MCL.

+1 for the fucking truth man.

And also if the Raiders win, they're in the playoffs. Shocking.
No, Denver would have to lose as well to win the division.

Oakland needs a DEN loss and an OAK win/tie to win the division
Denver needs a DEN win, or an OAK loss to win the division (or if DEN and OAK both tie)

If Cincinatti loses, and DEN/OAK both win, the Raiders get the WC.

If Cincinatti and either DEN/OAK lose, and Tennessee wins, the Titans get the WC.

If CIN, TEN, and DEN/OAK lose, and the Jets win, NYJ gets the #6 seed.

Cincy clinches with a win or tie, or losses by TEN, NYJ, and OAK/DEN

torn MCL/ACL sounds brutal for Peterson

i feel like i've heard that injury before from someone.

Usually guys are out for the season when they tear just one, even before the season starts.

Might be longer if they tore both though

Couldn't be worse timing for the Vikes though, if it does effect his career they just signed him to a massive extension and would be paying an unproductive RB a ton of money

Very happy about the win, they sure made it a lot harder on themselves than what was needed, but the Cardinals have been known for that the last several weeks. To be in playoff contention is music to my ears, considering they "would be the worst team in the NFL this year & would be lucky to win one game." I think they can pull it off at home, if not, I won't be down on this year whatsoever, never really expected to even be in this position so I'm happy no matter what happens, but I'd love to get into the playoffs. I like where this young team is headed and a good draft/good free agency will only make them stronger going forward.

Dang sucks for AP and the Vikes. But lets be serious they were done this year already.

The ACL and MCL has happened to people before, and I think they miss usually about a year or full season.

Giants proved yesterday that they have been the better team in NYC and have NY supremacy. Jets are the Giants little brother, lmao.

Now we gotta beat the Cowboys @ home or this weeks win wont mean shit.

I mean they kinda defaulted into it if we're being honest.

Oh no I just meant it looked like the Bears were gonna get the 6 seed until Cutler got hurt.
